At a certain age, most men’s lives exist in at least two separate worlds. One world is dominated by social norms, responsibilities, professional ambitions, rational activities, sports, family, religion, and all the other nonsense that our society graciously allows men to engage in. The second world is the intimate inner world—secret dreams, unfulfilled desires, fascinations, and delights that cannot be confided to anyone, emotions whose release could destroy that first, real world in which we try to live normally. All that’s left for us is a life of hypocrisy and self-control, so that these hidden emotions and impulses don’t spill out, shattering that beautiful image of ourselves. Most choose porn to somehow give vent to their biological instincts, at least for a moment. Others regularly visit a lover or brothels because, perhaps, their ego won’t allow them to do something as pathetic as masturbating in front of a computer. Still others get divorced and look for a younger one. Whatever we choose, we remain trapped in the same prison of artificially created prudish norms, moral judgments, and critical “glares” from hypocritical women with low self-esteem. What’s left for us? Pussypie Fanzine “promotes” women without inhibitions and offers a glimpse into their inner world—like a journey to paradise, or at least an inspiring substitute for it. For now, it’s in the world of fantasy and dreams, but maybe someday we’ll find a place, format, or platform where people can meet and realize their dreams while respecting each other’s needs.
